Here Kitty Kitty Kitty.

On Oct. 10 at 4:45pm, I started to see swimming (or dancing) spots before my eyes. I called my OB and told her what was happening and a nurse (Claudia) told me to go to my hospital and see what's going on. I did as told, I went.

I didn't have to wait long, 5 minutes tops before I was taken to a L&D room and was connected to a blood pressure monitor and a monitor that measures contractions and my baby's heart rate.

I was having Braxton-Hicks contractions every 5 minutes and they had to find what exactly made me "dizzy" so I was strapped to a bed for four hours...on my right side. It got uncomfortable after awhile (mainly because I couldn't move) but the room and the bed were comfortable though.

Well...my stats were normal and Rain's heartbeat is around 162. The whole four hours, that kid was trying to kick off the monitor that was strapped around my stomach. I laughed--so did Mary (the nurse).

So yesterday I stopped by Herrera's office and got some blood work done (Thyroid and Metasomething...can't remember the term) and to pick up two referrals for two different doctors. One being an Optometrist and another being a Neurologist.

Dr. Herrera said that what I described sounded like a migraine only without the pain. =/ And here I always thought that migraines were really bad headaches...You learn something new everyday.

So I have three appointments on Monday. Herrera at 8:30am, Coronado at 2:30pm (rm 719) and Dr. Abuabara at 3:45pm (rm 704). Yes, Coronado and Abuabara are on the same floor in the same building. THANK GOD! I don't have to rush from the 7th floor to some other floor and vise versa.

Alicia and Danielle bought the bassinet for Rain. =) Yay!!

Err.. damn contractions.

Today the boys (Julio and his friend Jesse) were outside triming the trees from being caught in wire. Well, like normal, those boys ended up swatting eachother with twigs and other things. Boys will be boys. Anyway to save myself from laughing at the branches falling ontop of them, I had a visitor. The siamese cat that hangs around here...skinny but beautiful... I think it's a she because once she had kittens with her. Two black kittens with blue eyes.

Anyway, I gave her some old lunch meat and then a whole string cheese that I was going to eat. She meowed so pathetically...I had to.

I don't regret it though.

But she stayed near me and watched the boys along side of me--it was nice to have company.

=)

The boys think I'm nuts because I was talking to her. Meh...who cares. Jesse bought a wagon for Major (his dog) so I'm not the only crazy one.
